Privacy & analytics

Understanding what visitors enjoy
We use our own website analytics to count homepage views, flavor and travel-story interest, sections reached, welcome-video interactions, and clicks to market and contact information. We group those counts by day, broad device type, referral source and campaign labels.
Our analytics code does not set cookies, create visitor identifiers, or store IP addresses, full browsing URLs, search queries, names or email addresses. We do not track people across websites. Aggregate counts are retained to compare performance over time. The website host may separately process technical request information to operate and secure the site.
We honor browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals by disabling our analytics code. Browser privacy tools may also block measurement. We do not calculate unique visitors or identify individual visitors.
Campaign links and other websites
A link may include a campaign label, such as a market or social post name, to help us understand where interest comes from. Please do not include personal information in campaign labels. Links to WYC Kids on Facebook take you to an external website with its own privacy practices.
This site currently has no checkout, customer accounts or order form. The private site-owner dashboard uses ChatGPT sign-in; that service has its own authentication and privacy practices. Analytics collection does not require visitor sign-in.
